Groin pain quick fix. We’re prepping big. Rhies for his first comp. Problem is he gets pain in his right groin every time he lunges or squats.
The TEST: When I tested this anterior oblique sling ( the connection of the obliques on one side to the adductors on the other) his left side obliques where piss weak vs his right ! Hence why his right groin was over working and hurting when he squats !

However it’s important to remember the body is connected and muscles often work together in synergy.
The FIX: Strengthen the weakened obliques with an anterior sling exercise like a modified Woodchop.If the pain is reduced or gone get back under the bar and start LIFTING again
