I started out training for body composition goals while pursuing a science degree at Monash. After completing my bachelors I realised that being stuck in a chemistry lab all my life wasn’t for me. With the skills and experience I have accumulated throughout my fitness journey, I hope to inspire others to reach their fitness goals.
As a coach it is important to me to keep up with changes in the fitness industry to ensure the best possible results for my clients. This involves reading the latest books and articles on mindset, programming and physiology and applying to help our clients reach their full potential.
Everyone faces unique challenges that prevent them from reaching their fitness targets, I hope I can be the bridge that closes this gap for you. My dream is to encourage as many people as possible to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle in a way that makes them happy, confident and strong!
