Jon has dedicated well over a decade to improving his skills & knowledge as a coach. He has experience working with clients from both ends of the spectrum, including car crash/brain injury rehabilitation clients, to many of Australia’s top athletes including athletes from Tennis Victoria, Karate Australia, Taekwondo Australia, Wresting Australia, Melbourne Storm, Rebels Rugby, Professional MMA fighters, NPL Football & many more.
He has also spent many years teaching health & fitness to students including roles at RMIT University, Victoria University, Milson Collage, Victorian Fitness Academy, WYN Training & across Australia to qualified PTs for the FMA Institute.
He practices what he preaches & have both competed & trained athletes in both figure comps & powerlifting. He believes structure, accountability and results leads to greater consistency. This is what he creates for each of his clients
