There is no minimum fitness level required to join our program, we work with all levels & all abilities
That’s more than ok. We meet you where you’re starting at, through individualised programming & coaching. Our expert coaches will design a plan for you which walks you through every step of the process.
No big at all. We keep our classes very small & intimate, with a max of 4 people per session. This ensures that you get all the individual attention you need and deserve, but don’t have to pay the price of 1:1 PT (unless you prefer 1:1 PT then it’s just you and the coach).
After a consult & goal setting assessment YES! We need to do our due diligence to assess your abilities & level of fitness. After that you’re good to go. We will create a program & a plan to start you off at the right pace, whether you’re brand new to the gym environment or a seasoned regular at the gym.
There are multiple payment options to best fit your budget and schedule. We accept payment for our services on a weekly or fortnightly basis via Direct debit method using your Credit card or your nominated bank account. The payment timing is dependent on when you join! You can also choose to pay your membership upfront for a discounted price.

Life happens, and sometimes you need to take some time off from the gym. So YES, you can suspend your membership. Our normal suspension period is a maximum of 2 weeks of suspension throughout every 12 weeks of service BUT if you’re going on holiday or need some extra time off, simply send us an email & we will try our best to accommodate you.
To cancel your membership, you need to provide written notice [i.e., a simple email], either 2 or 4 weeks prior to the desired cancellation date (depending on which plan you have chosen). Cancellation guidelines, terms and conditions are all detailed in each individualised contract.
